HCC hosted their inaugural Project Prom Program Fashion Show starring our very own Arvada West High School Poms Team! The purpose of this newly added portion of the program is to promote the overall program but to help raise funding to purchase and provide tuxedo rentals for young men who may also need some support getting to their prom in style. 

HCC hosted their second annual Project Prom event on March 23rd, 2024! Hundreds of young students from across the Denver Metro area were served this year with a Prom dress for absolutely FREE!

We collect Prom dresses all year long for this program. 

Kresten Wolff tragically lost his life at the hands of a drunk driver on February 5th, 2024. Kresten left behind his wife and two young children along with a long list of family and friends. This family has had thier life altered due to the irresponsible decision made by one person that day. HCC wanted to create an opportunity for support, connection and healing for all and raise funding to support Alicia and children as they learn to navigate life with one missing piece to their home. 

In an effort to support local high school students attend their prom, HCC took a collection and new and gently used prom dresses, shoes, accessories and more to provide to local teens for free. 

HCC was named the 2022 Non-Profit of the year by the Arvada Chamber of Commerce.  

It was a true honor to receive this award and pledge our continued commitment to serving our community. Thank you for believing in us.

HCC teamed up with local business owner Todd Ingram of Olde Town Car Care to host a memorial ride in honor of fallen Officer Dillon Vakoff as well as supported fundraising efforts for the family. 

Our Hope for Kids-Back to School Program was developed to not only provide free school supplies to kids in need but to also sponsor them to go shopping for new school clothes! If they feel good, they will do good! 

HCC assisted hundreds of local parents during the formula shortage crisis. Thanks to some generous donors, we were able to not only purchase much needed formula for babies but also distribute the resources for FREE!
